1. Owner Identification

Miguel Ángel Ordóñez González, with registered address in Ubrique, Cádiz, Spain (hereinafter, "we" or "the Owner"), is the owner and operator of the Daypool mobile application.

2. Service Description

Daypool is a mobile application that allows groups of people to coordinate their availability and find common days to meet.

3. Access and Usage Conditions

To use Daypool you must be at least 16 years old and create an account with a valid email address.

4. Acceptable Use

The following are expressly prohibited:

• • Using the app for illegal purposes or in ways that may harm others.
• • Attempting to access accounts, data or systems without authorization.
• • Introducing viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
• • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Daypool app are the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

Daypool is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

7. Pricing and Payments

Daypool is currently free and ad-free. We reserve the right to introduce in the future paid premium features, affiliate links with third-party services (e.g. flight or accommodation booking platforms), or in-app advertising. If paid features are introduced, you will be informed in advance of the terms, prices, and any trial period; such features will be managed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store payment platforms, subject to their own policies. The use of free features will never be retroactively made conditional on payment without prior notice.

8. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions. We will notify you in-app or by email at least 15 days in advance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

10. Account Cancellation

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
